BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
Put the contact in context
Crayola’s published US and Canada number covers product enquiries, including problems with Crayola-manufactured products. The source lists weekday service hours and a written contact route. Submit purchase and product details privately to Crayola.
- Identify the actual seller on the receipt; a marketplace and its seller may be different businesses.
- Keep the order date, item name and shipping reference ready for a private conversation.
- Get return instructions from the seller before posting an item back.
